ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL - MN: Large medical device company is seeking an Associate GC for one of its fastest growing divisions. Ideally need a corporate/commercial lawyer with at least 10 years of experience (must have in-house medical device experience). Will be handling a variety of legal duties for the division including contracts/marketing/litigation/transactions and compliance. Salary is based on experience but is competitive.
